This is a strange initiative taken by the city of Montmagny (France), which wants to “prevent cars from using the bike lane”.
A cyclist has been hit by a car in this bike lane a few months ago, says the municipality. But obviously, it is especially the cyclists who are irritated by these speed bumps.
Some people say that probably someone that didn’t want to lose his KOM on this Strava segment did this :).
