Bugatti partnered with luxury bicycle manufacturer PG for a new urban bike, and it’s not the first time the two have come together to release a bike with Bugatti branding.
Bugatti’s limited edition PG Bugatti Bike is “the ultimate special bicycle to match the ultimate car.”
The design is crafted primarily of carbon fibre and weighs less than five kilograms, making it the lightest urban bike in the world.
It boasts aero-optimised cross sections, and its German-made “carbon components are handcrafted using prepreg materials and methods otherwise found only in motor sport and the aeronautic industries in order to guarantee the lightest weight and highest rigidity possible.”
Other features of the bike are that the handlebars are equipped with shock absorbers to substantially improve comfort and all carbon components are handcrafted using prepreg materials and methods otherwise found only in the motor sport and aeronautic industries in order to guarantee the lightest weight and highest rigidity possible.
“Upon request, customers of the supercar builder can have their bicycles matched to their own Bugattis. Special paints, carbon in various colours, numerous types of leather and, of course, the Bugatti pearl oval make the Bugatti bike the perfect supplement for the 1,500 PS dream car”, said PG.
