Kooij takes revenge on stage 2 of Cro Race

After the disappointment of stage 1, Olav Kooij bounced back at the Cro Race by winning a thrilling sprint finish on second stage.

The Jumbo-Visma youngster secured his second win of the season, beating Itamar Einhorn (Israel Start-Up Nation) and Kaden Groves (Team BikeExchange) to the line.

The victory sees Kooij take the overall lead of the race, six seconds ahead of Bauhaus and 10 ahead of Einhorn.
