The riders coming over the finish line of the stage 2 in CRO Race were going too fast to avoid a race official who ran out onto the road.
Matej Mohoric couldn’t avoid the crash and hit badly the concrete pavement. He suffered a fracture of two ribs on the left side, and collapsed lung among other injuries.
