Peter Sagan (Bora-hansgrohe) took his 15th career stage victory at the Tour de SuisseĀ on stage eight after launching a perfectly timed sprint in the final 200 metres.
Sacha Modolo (UAE Team Emirates) had to settle for second place while Matteo Trentin, after a strong lead-out from his Quick-Step Floors team, came home in third place.
