Americans will be able to watch multiple cycling races live in 2017

Cycling fans in the U.S. will be able to watch multiple cycling races live with NBC Sports, beginning with the Tour Down Under this Sunday, at 3:45 a.m. ET on NBC Sports Gold.

NBC Sports Gold is a subscription product for desktops, mobile devices, tablets and connected TVs, offering viewers exclusive, live, commercial-free, coverage of cycling events.

NBC Sports Group’s cycling coverage will include 15 events throughout the year, highlighted by all 21 stages of the Tour de France and Vuelta a España. NBC Sports Gold’s daily live coverage of the Santos Tour Down Under culminates on Saturday, Jan. 21, at 10 p.m. ET.

Phil Liggett and Paul Sherwen will call the action for 2017 Tour Down Under coverage on NBC Sports Gold and Universal HD. Universal HD will televise encore presentations of the Santos Tour Down Under beginning Sunday, Jan. 15, at 9 p.m. ET.
