Shocking footage captured the moment a man wearing a black hoodie reaches out of rear car window and pushes female cyclist into a bush.
A cameraman in the car’s passenger seat laughed as the woman lost her balance and fell into the hedgerow at the side of the road. Details of the incident are scant, but the perpetrators face is visible for a brief moment in the footage.
