Pablo Castrillo (Kern Pharma) took a second win this week at the Vuelta on the infamous Cuitu Negru. Castrillo got the better of Aleksandr Vlasov and Pavel Sivakov while the GC contenders battled on the same brutal slopes. Enric Mas and Primoz Roglic were the strongest, again, but Ben O’Connor retained red jersey.
