Eddie Dunbar (Jayco AlUla) took the victory in Padron in stage 11 of the Vuelta from a 38 riders breakaway while the likes of Primoz Roglic (Red Bull-Bora-Hansgrohe) and Enric Mas (Movistar) gained time on Ben O’Connor (Decathlon-AG2R La Mondiale).
