Dramatic footage shows the moment a cyclist was ‘brake checked’ by a 4×4 after close pass.
The cyclist described the incident, saying: “Close passed at road works as I was trying to take the lane. You can see me make a lengthy shoulder check, I also signaled to move right. If I can hit your vehicle with a closed fist, without even stretching, then you’re too close, there is no argument.”.
