Tom Pidcock put in his bid for one of the most remarkable crash saves of the year during the Tour Series while he was in a two-man break with Connor Swift (Madison-Genesis).
“I unclipped coming around the final corner so I was on the back foot,” said the 18-year-old afterwards. “Luckily Connor was going at the same speed, so I put my feet back in and just got him over the line.
